Mana Wheat Fiber Spaghetti is made from special pasta flour, water, and wheat fiber (insoluble). This spaghetti contains at least 5% fiber, which is an essential carbohydrate for maintaining body health. Wheat fiber is derived from the cellular walls of wheat and is used in food industries as a white powder, predominantly insoluble.

Unlike most carbohydrates, fiber is not broken down (not converted into energy) in the body and is excreted without digestion.
